Description:

The EOS 5000 is a camera with an electronically controlled shutter. This means you will need 2x CR123 batteries to be able to operate the shutter.

It uses Canon EF-mount lenses.

The EOS 5000 is an early, simplified EOS model. It's an entry-level camera with built-in flash and several automatic modes. The EOS 5000 doesn't have aperture control but it does offer shutter-priority mode. Like other EOS models, it has fantastic metering and is compatible with all EF lenses.

This camera is sold without a lens so it is perfect if you already have an Eos digital camera with EF lenses and want to start shooting film.
