Due to the age of this camera and the nature of old light meters we can’t guarantee that the light meter still works. This isn’t an issue as the camera will function perfectly without any batteries. To meter a scene before taking a picture simply use an external light-meter or a light-meter app on your phone (we recommend Lux or myLightmeter), alternatively you can use the foolproof sunny-16 rule.
