Shipping to Belgium, Luxembourg and The Netherlands takes 24 hours.*

Shipping to the rest of Europe takes between 2-5 days.*

Bpost World can take up to 2 weeks.*

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form or by removal in a relay point of the buyer's choice when ordering.

For Mondial Relay orders: Please indicate your desired Mondial Relay pick up point as your shipping address. If not we will send it to the nearest pick up point available.

Alternatively you can also pick up your order in store for free: Rue du croissant 66B 1190 Forest (Tuesday to Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00). You can come pick up your order immediately after placing it online. There is no need to wait for a pick up confirmation email.

Please bare in mind that we are a small team and thus won’t always be able to ship your parcels our immediately. We always try and dispatch orders within 72 hours. If you need an item posted to you in a rush just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. 😉

Negatives from mail-in developing and scanning orders are sent back within 14 days.

Please note orders are picked up by our transporter on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
