The Canon EOS 50E is a camera with an electronically controlled shutter. This means you will need 1x 2CR5 battery to be able to operate the shutter.
It uses Canon EF-mount lenses.
The EOS 50E isn't your ordinary consumer camera. The first thing you'll notice is the 'Eye Control' label, and yes, it really works! It tracks your eye and focuses on the AF-point you're looking at. This makes it fast and easy to shoot. This is a serious camera, with manual, program, aperture or shutter priority modes and impeccable auto-exposure. There are battery grips for high-volume photographers.
