The AV-1 is a camera with an electronically controlled shutter. This means you will need a 4LR44 to be able to operate the shutter.
It uses Canon FD and FL-mount lenses.
The perfect camera for those looking for an easy shooting experience. The AV-1 is the aperture-priority sibling of the classic AE-1. It shoots in aperture-priority mode by default, but can be shot in Bulb mode or locked at 1/60th for flash photography.
