Aperture priority handles exposure automatically when you want it, and manual is there for complete control. The Minolta SR\/MD mount gives access to an excellent range of Rokkor lenses, and the 50mm f2 paired here is a fast, sharp standard lens that suits portraits, street photography, and everyday shooting equally well.
