The Nikon F3 is a camera with an electronically controlled shutter. This means you will need 2x LR44 batteries to be able to operate the camera..
It uses Nikon F-mount lenses. Being one of the oldest F mount cameras, you will be able to use all F-mount lenses from early non-AI series until the recent D-series. Later lenses will still mount, but you will not have control over the aperture.
