Mori Film Lab is growing again, and we’re looking for two new people to join us on the adventure in 2026.
Would you like to be part of a team that works with film every day, cares deeply about quality, and keeps analogue photography alive in a very hands-on way? If one of the job offers below sounds like you, you might be in luck. 😁
So what’s on offer?
This year, we’re opening applications for two different positions, both based at our Brussels shop and lab in Forest.
Please take the time to read the full job descriptions carefully and answer all questions in the application forms properly. Applications that are incomplete or rushed won’t be considered. We really do read everything.
✨ 1. Student Sales Assistant
What is it?
This is a student job, with 1 to 2 shifts per week, mainly on Fridays and Saturdays.
You’ll be joining our front-of-house team, welcoming customers, advising them on film, development, scanning and cameras, and helping keep the shop running smoothly. We’re specifically looking for someone who loves film cameras, enjoys talking gear, testing cameras, and nerding out in a friendly and accessible way 📸
You’ll mainly work in the shop, but you may also occasionally assist in the lab or darkroom when needed.
You don’t need to know everything already. Curiosity, passion for analogue photography, and good people skills matter more than a perfect CV.

🧪 2. Assistant Lab Technician
What is it?
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, working directly in the lab.
You’ll be part of the processing team and involved in film development, order handling, chemistry, and daily lab workflow. This is a hands-on, technical role that requires focus, care, and consistency. Training is fully provided.
This is a long-term position, with the possibility to grow into a more permanent role over time for the right person.
