How It Works

1. Application per Project: To join the programme, fill out the Professional Programme application form for each specific project. It’s important to apply for each project separately, as this allows us to manage our workflow and ensure we can meet your deadlines. Each project must be submitted before you begin shooting to give us a clear idea of when to expect your films, how many rolls you’re sending, and to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

2. Approval Process: Our team will review your project to ensure it aligns with our programme criteria. Approval depends on the professional nature of your work and the project’s urgency. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email detailing how to submit your films under the programme.

3. Enjoy the Benefits: After approval, your rush service is activated for that project, allowing you to take advantage of priority processing at no extra cost.

We know some professionals shoot film year-round and across multiple projects. However, the Professional Programme is designed for specific, time-sensitive projects. By applying per project, you help us keep our workflow organised, ensuring we can give every professional the high-quality rush service they need. This way, we can predict when and how many rolls we will receive, avoiding last-minute surprises that disrupt our processing schedule. We cannot accept bulk requests for an entire year or multiple projects at once, as we must balance our workload to meet everyone’s deadlines.
