The Prima Zoom Shot is one of those cameras that does its job quietly and reliably without drawing attention to itself. The lens retracts fully into the body when off, keeping the whole thing slim and pocketable, and the metallic silver finish gives it a clean, uncluttered look. The 38-60mm range steps between four fixed focal lengths at 38, 45, 52, and 60mm, which makes switching between a wider group shot and a tighter portrait framing quick and deliberate. The 5-point Ai-AF autofocus is notably accurate for a camera at this level, and the panorama mode is a nice touch for landscape shots.
