The Autoreflex T3 is widely regarded as the finest camera Konica ever made. Released in 1973, it refined the T2 with an improved shutter, a brighter viewfinder, and a new match-needle meter display, while keeping the solid all-metal build and the shutter priority auto exposure system that made the Autoreflex line so popular with professional photographers. The fully mechanical shutter fires at every speed without any battery at all, and the Konica AR mount gives access to an excellent range of Hexanon lenses. The 50mm f1.4 Hexanon AR paired here is a particularly well-regarded standard lens, with a 7-element optical construction that goes further than most lenses of this focal length and produces sharp, contrasty images with a smooth and pleasing rendering wide open at f1.4.

Due to the age of this camera and the nature of old light meters we can't guarantee that the light meter still works. This isn't an issue as the camera will function perfectly without batteries. To meter a scene before taking a picture we recommend using an external light-meter or for you to take our online course that will teach you how to use a film camera without the use of any external tools.
