Description:

The Nikon EM is a small and light SLR that makes Nikon quality easy to enjoy, even for complete beginners. It works in aperture priority, so you simply choose the aperture and the camera picks the right shutter speed, with a soft beep to warn you when the light is too low. Smaller than a Nikon FM and just as simple as a Pentax ME, it is a camera you will happily carry all day. The 50mm f1.8 lens is bright and sharp, perfect for low light and for portraits with soft, blurry backgrounds. Thanks to the Nikon F mount, you can explore a huge range of lenses as your photography grows.

How does a camera end up here?

1. Finding cameras

The journey starts with sourcing the right gear. We get cameras from various place. Most of the time people reach out to us to sell their cameras and if they’re good we’ll bring them back to the store.

2. Thorough testing.

Each item is then tested with professional testing equipment.

Cameras are then sorted internally into 3 categories:

1. Tested and passed.
2. To refurbish.
3. For parts.

3. Refurbished and cleaned

Here comes the most important step. After being tested each camera is cleaned and refurbished by our team of skilled technicians.
This goes from the compulsory light-seal change to the full CLA and electronic repair.

We want to make sure your camera to function as new.
