The Prego AF is a sleek and well-made compact that stands out partly for carrying the Rollei name and partly for what it delivers at this size. At just 195g it's genuinely light, the 35mm Rolleinar lens is sharp and renders well in everyday conditions, and the autofocus handles most situations reliably. The camera also has an interval timer built in, which lets you set it to fire automatically at timed intervals, a feature you rarely see at this level and useful for time-lapse sequences or hands-free shooting. Fully automatic exposure, multiple flash modes, motorised film advance and rewind, and DX coding up to ISO 3200 cover the everyday bases cleanly. The Prego AF was made in partnership with Samsung, sharing its design with the Samsung AF Slim, but the Rollei version carries the Rolleinar lens designation and the build quality lives up to the name.
