XP2 Super is a beautiful, soft B&W film that is made to be processed in colour (C-41) chemistry. This makes it easier for those that don’t have access to a lab that processes B&W. It has much softer contrast than traditional B&W film and pleasant grain.

For everyday use, I usually recommend Kodak Gold 200 or Kodak Ultramax 400 as both are super versatile, offer beautiful, rich colours, and are quite forgiving.
If you’re looking for black-and-white film, Ilford XP2 400 is a great option for ease of use and rich exposure latitude. Alternatively, Foma 100 is also great and will give you a bit more contrast and a grainier look.
