The Sure Shot 115u packs a 38-115mm zoom with an aspherical lens element into one of the smallest bodies in its class, and the results are sharp and well-exposed across the full zoom range. The 3-point AiAF autofocus is quick and accurate, and the Light Guide Zoom flash adjusts automatically to match the focal length, which gives much better coverage at the longer end than a fixed flash would. At 38mm, you have plenty of width for group shots or street scenes, and at 115mm, you can frame portraits or pull in distant subjects from a comfortable distance. It runs on a single CR2 battery that lasts well, and the motorised film advance and rewind handle everything automatically. A very well-rounded camera that is easy to recommend for everyday use, travel, or as a first film camera.
