Shipping policy

We ship using UPS and Mondial Relay, offering reliable delivery across Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and beyond. Please note the details below to ensure smooth delivery.

• Benelux: 24 hours 

• Rest of Europe: 24-48 hours 

• Rest of the world: 24-72 hours 

*These are the delivery times provided by our shipping partners, but they may vary.

Please be aware that if you order a camera that is in stock at our Antwerp store (Nationalestraat 57), it may take an additional 1-2 working days to prepare your order. This is because the items will need to be transferred to our Brussels location before shipping.

Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout or to a Mondial Relay pick-up point selected by the buyer.

For Mondial Relay orders: Please specify your preferred pick-up point as the shipping address. If not, we will send it to the nearest available pick-up point.

You can choose to collect your order in-store for free at one of our locations:

• Brussels: Rue du Croissant 66B, 1190 Forest (Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 18:00).

• Antwerp: Nationalestraat 57, 2000 Antwerp (Tuesday to Saturday, 12:00 to 18:00).

For items in stock at the location, feel free to pick up your order immediately after placing it online—no confirmation email is necessary.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 72 hours, though as a small team, there may occasionally be delays. If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Negatives from mail-in orders are returned within 14 days.

Orders are collected by our couriers on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Please be aware that international orders may incur customs fees or import taxes, depending on your country’s regulations. Consult your local customs office for more information.
