Turnaround time: Hey there! We’re currently experiencing some delays due to the big amount of film we’ve received during the holidays.
Every email asking « when will l receive my scans », as friendly as they are, is time we have to take off developing to answer.
So we kindly ask for your patience, your rolls are safe, are receiving the care they need for you to receive your images in the best possible quality!

We develop and scan 35mm (135), 120, 220 and 620 formats.
We do not currently process 4x5 film, but we are hoping to add this service later. For 35mm scans we offer 3 different resolutions:
🌱 Lite-scans
Only available for 35mm colour, they’re a great option for when you’re looking for a more affordable option.
We usually advice them for disposable cameras, when you have a new camera to quickly test or when you’re taking images without a high artistic value. Resolution: 2000x3000p - 6MP JPEG
HighRes-scans:
This is our favourite option. The highest quality Fuji Frontiers scanners can offer with beautiful colours and impeccable sharpness. Resolution: 3600 x 5400 - 20MP JPEG*
⚡️⚡️ Ultra-scans:
Our high end option. This is pretty much the best option you can get before moving towards something like an imacon or drum-scanner. It will give you amazing colours, great sharpness and all the info you need to fine tune your image just the way you like it. Resolution: 6200 x 4100 - 25MP TIFF + Borders by default.
For 120 scan we only scan in HighRes.
The file size will vary depending on the format you’re using. As an example 6x7 format will be scanned at a resolution of around 4500x3600 pixels.
C-41 (colour) orders are generally completed within 3 days.
B&W orders are completed within 5 days.
Turnaround time may vary depending on how much film we get during the week.
Throw your usb sticks and CDRs away. We will text and email you a download link once your order has been processed.
The link is a Dropbox shared folder and will contain all your pictures sorted by film type.
Please note the link is ONLY sent through once all of your rolls have been processed. This means that if you drop off colour and black and white you will receive all your files within the black and white turnaround time. If you need your colour faster please let us know before submitting your order.

No, we currently do not process reversal film (E-6 or B&W).
We don’t
Unfortunately we do not offer ECN-2 developing services anymore.
No, unfortunately we don't.
Souped or soaked film can look cool but it's not that good for our processors.
We use large volumes of replenished chemistry for our processors. This
gives good, consistent quality in developing, but we can't risk
contamination.
Yes, we do offer TIFF scans.
We Charge an extra €2 per roll for raw scans, as these take longer to scan and upload.
But to be completely honest TIFF is often not necessary as our JPGs are
quite large and already have low compression. We would always advise you to try our regular high resolution scanning service first and then decide if you still want those TIFFs. ;)
Yes we can! We're happy to scan these for you, in high resolution of course.
This is great if you develop at home or have old negatives to scan.
We can scan 35mm in whole rolls, cut strips or even mounted slides.
We can scan 120 in whole rolls, cut strips or single frames.

Oh no, it really sucks but it happens to the best of us.
We will notify you if one of your rolls came out blank. If you are unsure
about what happened you can always come by with your camera and we will try and figure out what happened and what to do so it doesn’t happen again.
Unfortunately we can't refund you for the total cost, but we will credit you with free scans for the next time you develop with us!
Definitely!
Privacy is paramount for us. Your files are never shared or used for any purpose by us.
As for sensitive content, we don't have an anti-nudity policy, don't worry. Processing is handled in a professional manner.
We keep scans on our server for 3 months. If you would like your sensitive files to be removed once you have received them, just let us know and we'll do the rest.
