One of its best practical features is Fujifilm's drop-in loading system combined with pre-wind technology: the camera winds the whole roll in on loading, then rewinds one frame at a time as you shoot, meaning your exposed frames are always safely inside the cartridge if the back is accidentally opened. The zooming real-image viewfinder has a dioptre adjustment for glasses wearers, and the feature set includes landscape mode, panorama mode, three HG scene modes covering backlight portraits, night portraits, and close-ups, plus red-eye reduction, fill flash, and a multi-shot self-timer.
