This camera has a heavy secret. It’s actually the same camera as the Leica mini just under the Olympus Brand. It does have the same high quality lens for a much better price!

The Pico is one of the more elegant little compacts Minolta made, and its size and weight are the first things you notice. At just 150g empty it's genuinely pocketable in a way that most cameras claim but few deliver. The 34mm lens slides out electrically when you switch the camera on and retracts when you switch it off, and the lens cover includes a built-in UV filter which is a neat, practical touch. The 34mm focal length sits just slightly wider than a standard lens, giving a natural, inclusive field of view that works well for everyday life, travel, and social photography. Five flash modes give you more control than most cameras at this level, cycling through auto, auto with red-eye reduction, forced on, forced on with red-eye reduction, and off. A bulb mode, self-timer, and tripod socket complete a feature set that punches above its weight for such a small camera.
