The OM-10 is the entry-level member of the Olympus OM family, and it carries all the qualities that made the OM series so well regarded: a compact, well-made body, the superb OM lens mount with its shutter speed ring around the lens housing, and that characteristically large, bright viewfinder. It works in aperture priority, meaning you set the aperture you want and the camera selects the shutter speed, which is an intuitive way to control depth of field and is well suited to portraits, landscapes, and everyday photography. The LED display in the viewfinder shows the selected shutter speed so you always know what the camera is choosing. The 28-70mm Zuiko zoom is a versatile everyday range, covering wide group shots at 28mm and a comfortable portrait length at 70mm. Being part of the OM system, it's also compatible with the full range of Zuiko lenses if you want to expand over time.
