Mori was founded in December 2020 in Brussels by Cole and Raph. After years of shooting film and experiencing labs around the world, we decided to bring our own vision of a modern film lab to our home county of Belgium.
With analog photography having a resurgence we felt it was important to create a space where everyone, beginners to professionals alike, could experience film photography in an uplifting,  sustainable way, surrounded by other passionate people.Â
So Mori is three things at its core:
1. A high-quality film lab.

2. A shop where you can buy everything you need for your analog photography.

3. A culture and community hub for the local film community (and beyond).
It’s a place where you can get your film developed and scanned in really high quality, buy film that hasn’t been unfairly marked up, get help choosing your first (or second or third ;)) fully refurbished camera, get your images printed, learn how to develop your film, meet new people, print your own images in the darkroom, take part in community exhibitions, discover new artists, go on a photowalk, try out new cameras or just simply come and have a chat.Â
