It allows them to receive an immediate 10% discount on all of their purchases done at the lab. This is a truly unique gift given to our top 0.2% customers.

When you join our esteemed group, either by being one of our top clients, determined by your spending and frequency of visits, or by purchasing a card directly online or in-store, you're stepping into a world of privileges. Each card is valid for a year from the date of issue, ensuring that your membership benefits are fresh and ongoing.

As a Platinum cardholder, you'll enjoy a generous 10% discount on nearly everything we offer, with the sole exception of darkroom services like courses and rentals. If you're passionate about developing and scanning, you'll be pleased to know that these services come with the same great discount, without any restrictions. It’s important to note that these discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions, ensuring exclusive benefits for our Platinum members.

The Platinum card is personal to you; it is non-transferable and must be shown at checkout to claim your discounts. For your convenience in online shopping, simply contact us to receive a custom discount code tailored for your use. If your card ever gets lost or stolen, we can issue a replacement for a fee of €15.

As all good things come to an end, your membership will naturally expire after one year, but we will provide all the details you need about the renewal process well in advance.
